Mr.Waseem Ahmed

He passed LLB from SM Law College, Karachi and LLM from Islamia Law College, Karachi. He has also done Masters in English (Literature) from Shah Abdul Latif University. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court. He was enrolled as an Advocate for District Courts in 2010 and High Court in 2012. During practice being Junior Associate at Azhar Siddiqui & Co, he pleaded Civil Suits, Rent Applications, Family Disputes, Service & Labour grievances, Shipping causes and Constitutional matters. He has a considerable experience in dealing with civil, criminal, rent and family matters as a trial Judge, firstly as Civil Judge and thereafter as Senior Civil Judge. Presently, he is serving as Additional Registrar (Research) High Court of Sindh.

He completed his law degree from S.M. Law College, affiliated with the University of Karachi, in 2011. He began his legal career practicing as an advocate in the District and High Courts. Before entering the legal profession, he amassed eight years of extensive experience as a Transmission Monitoring Officer in the Monitoring, Information, and Research Department (MIRD) of the Geo & Jang Group. In 2015, he was appointed as a trial court judge and has since gained substantial expertise in handling civil, criminal, and family cases. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Registrar (Research & Development) in the Legal Research Cell of this Court. Previously, he held the position of Research Officer in the same department From: 22-Feb-2019 To: 06-September-2021 and is a pioneer and founding member of the Legal Research Cell at the Sindh High Court.
Mr. Naeem Akhtar

He has LLM degree and did his Law from S.M Law College, University of Karachi in 2007. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court. He secured 4th position in SPSC exams and Joined Law Department and remain posted as Special Prosecutor of ATC courts till he became Judge of the trial court. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate, Special Prosecutor and judge of the trial court. He was also pioneer member of SCRC (Supreme Court Research Center) established in 2019 at Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad and remain posted there for one year as Research Officer. Presently he is posted in Legal Research Cell as Research Officer.

After completing his simple graduation, he did his Bachelorette of Law from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur. He has also done Masters in Political Science from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. He was then enrolled as an advocate of subordinate courts and started his regular practice in courts relating to Civil, Criminal and Family Cases. In 2018, he was appointed as Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate and was posted at Ratodero, District Larkana where he had jurisdiction of Criminal, Civil and Family Cases. In 2019, during the same posting, he was nominated for a six-month Research Training Program, called as Research Cycle-I, at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad, as approved by the Honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan in collaboration with International Committee of Red Cross; where he was equipped with expertise of research through an intense and hectic research course under the auspices of renowned and distinguished Research Supervisors. In 2021, he was posted as a Family Judge in District Shikarpur. After two years of posting as Family Judge; he was posted at Legal Research Cell of the High Court of Sindh at Karachi.

Mr. Azharuddin Mahar brings a unique synergy of technical and legal acumen to his role as Research Officer at the High Court Legal Research Cell. A distinguished alumnus of the Institute of Law, University of Sindh, where he earned his LLB (Hons) degree, Mr. Mahar embarked on an illustrious legal career, practicing law at the City Courts and Special Courts in Karachi as an Advocate sub-ordinate courts and thereafter at High Court of Sindh as an Advocate High Court. Prior to his appointment as a Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate in 2023, where he presided over the Court of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate-XXVIII Karachi East, Mr. Mahar honed his expertise at Malik Chaudhry and Ahmed (MCA) Law Associates. During his tenure, he adeptly navigated complex legal issues spanning criminal, civil, corporate, and family laws, demonstrating exceptional analytical prowess and a deep understanding of the legal landscape. Currently, as a Research Officer, Mr. Mahar provides authoritative legal analysis and research, informing judicial decision-making and contributing significantly to the advancement of justice.
Mr. Mansoor Ali Abbasi

Holding a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, he later pursued an LLB from the University of Punjab, transitioning into legal practice at the District Court Islamabad. He further developed his expertise at Kazmiz Advocates and Corporate Consultants before being appointed as a Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate in 2023, presiding over the Model Court, Karachi (West). Currently serving as a Research Officer, he contributes to in-depth legal analysis and research, ensuring informed judicial decision-making.

In 2016, he was appointed as a Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, presiding over the II JM Court of KN Shah, Model Court Karachi (South), and MTMC Malir. He is a silver medalist in LL.B. from the esteemed Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law, Karachi, where he earned his LL.B. degree in 2019 and LL.M. degree in 2025. His expertise spans litigation, academia, and judicial service. He began his career as an Associate at M/s Mahmud & Co., gaining experience in constitutional, civil, criminal, and family law. Later, as Counsel at Syed Mahdi Chambers, he represented clients in High Courts, Special Courts, and District Courts of Pakistan. His commitment to justice was evident in his pro bono representation of child marriage cases at M/s MJN & Co. In academia, he has taught as a Visiting Faculty Member at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education and Ziauddin University (Faculty of Law, Politics & Governance). He also actively participated in national and provincial moot court competitions. In 2023, he was appointed as a Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, serving in District Badin and District East, Karachi, ensuring fair and transparent judicial processes. Mr. Zohaib Ahmed Korejo is a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in litigation, judiciary, and legal research. He got his early primary education from Government Boys Primary School Abdul Haque Khan Khoso talka Miro khan District Shahdadkot. He passed his matriculation examination from Government Single section High School Shahdadakot in A-1 Grade in the year 1999. He also passed intermediate from Government Boys degree college Shahdadakot in the year 2001. He got his graduation degree in B.A (English) in first class from Sindh University Jamshoro in 2004, thereafter got his LL.B degree from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Law college Larkana in 2006. He was enrolled as an advocate lower courts on 17.06.2008. law. He was also enrolled as advocate High Court 06.11.2011.
