Mr. Naeem Akhtar

He has LLM degree and did his Law from S.M Law College, University of Karachi in 2007. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court. He secured 4th position in SPSC exams and Joined Law Department and remain posted as Special Prosecutor of ATC courts till he became Judge of the trial court. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate, Special Prosecutor and judge of the trial court. He was also pioneer member of SCRC (Supreme Court Research Center) established in 2019 at Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad and remain posted there for one year as Research Officer. Presently he is posted in Legal Research Cell as Research Officer.

Mr. Altaf Hussain Khoso

He was born on 07.01.1984 at village Abdul Haque Khoso Talka Miro Khan District Kamber Shahdadkot. He got his early primary education from Government Boys Primary School Abdul Haque Khan Khoso talka Miro khan District Shahdadkot. He passed his matriculation examination from Government Single section High School Shahdadakot in A-1 Grade in the year 1999. He also passed intermediate from Government Boys degree college Shahdadakot in the year 2001. He got his graduation degree in B.A (English) in first class from Sindh University Jamshoro in 2004, thereafter got his LL.B degree from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Law college Larkana in 2006. He was enrolled as an advocate lower courts on 17.06.2008. law. He was also enrolled as advocate High Court 06.11.2011. He practiced in the field of Criminal law, Civil law, service law and constitution and started practicing at Karachi He also remained at the penal of Pakistan Railway and Evacuee Trust and property Board. He was appointed as civil Judge & judicial magistrate in the year 2015. He is presently working as research officer in Legal Research cell.
Mr. Asghar Ali Mahar

Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Mirs' awarded Asghar Ali Mahar a law degree in 2010. Currently employed as a Research Officer in the Sindh High Court. He received several trainings, including research training, at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad, where he worked as a member of the 1st research cycle-I for six months. He is the author of various research articles that have appeared in prestigious international journals and conference proceedings.

Mr. Zameer Ahmed Soomro

finished his schooling at Govt. S.M.A High School Jacobabad and completed his intermediate at Govt. Boys Degree College Jacobabad as well. He pursued a two-year Bachelor of Arts program from Shah Abdul Latif University through Govt. Boys Degree College Jacobabad. He then went to Haji Moula Bux (H.M.B) Law College in Shikarpur, affiliated with Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, where he completed his LL.B in 2015/16. After becoming an advocate of Subordinate Courts, Mr. Soomro started practicing law in District Courts of Jacobabad. In 2018, he was appointed as Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate and was posted at Ratodero, District Larkana. In 2019, he was nominated for a six-month Research Cycle-I program at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad. He also served as a Family Judge in Shikarpur. Currently, he is posted at Legal Research Cell of the High Court of Sindh at Karachi.

He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate. In 2018 he joined judiciary and secured first position. He also presided model court at Karachi (central). Presently he is posted in Legal Research Cell as Research Officer.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar

He has LLM degree and did his Bachelorette of Law from University of Khairpur. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases. He joined judicial service in 2016. He presided over first ever established Consumer Court of District South, Province of Sindh. He has also remained posted as Special Judge designated under PECA Law and dealt with range of laws including Cyber, Anti-money laundering and other Special Laws. Presently he is posted at High Court of Sindh at Karachi to supervise e-Notice Project and its allied issues as well as working at Legal Research Cell as Research Officer.

He has done his B.Com from the University of Karachi in the year 2002. LLB from the University of Karachi in the year 2008. LLM from the University of Karachi in the year 2018. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and the High Court of Sindh at Karachi. He has vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal, and family cases as an advocate. In the year 2015, appointed as Civil Judge & judicial magistrate and, after almost three years of service, was assigned new responsibility as the first presiding officer of the newly established Consumer Protection Court, Jamshoro. During more than two years tenure as a presiding officer of Consumer Protection Court, Hon'ble High Court of Sindh has nominated him for joining the team of Research Cycle-II with 9 Judicial Officers from all over Pakistan and three judges from the Department of Judicial Administration, the Republic of Maldives, at Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad for the eight months, from 02.02.2020 to 26.09.2020. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this Court as Research Officer.

He has done his M.A(Hons)English Literature from University of Sindh Jamshoro. LLB from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto law college Larkana. LLM from Ms Elsa Kazi Campus of University of Sindh Jamshoro with 3.95 out of 4.00 CGPA. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court Larkana and then Hyderabad. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate. He was appointed as civil Judge & judicial magistrate in the year 2014 and got first posting at Nawabshah. After 4 years he was assigned new responsibility as a first presiding officer of newly established Consumer Protection Court Kamber Shadadkot @ Kamber. During about 3 years tenure as a presiding officer of Comsumer Protection Court Kamber Shadadkot @ Kamber, he was also nominated by Hon'ble High Court of Sindh for joining the team of Research Cycle-II with 9 Judicial Officers from all over Pakistan and three judges from Department of Judicial Administration, Republic of Maldives, at Federal Judicial academy Islamabad for the 8 months, since 02.02.2020 to 26.09.2020. He has a Master degree in Law and did LL.B (Hons) from International Islamic University, Islamabad in 2007; was enrolled as an advocate for subordinate Courts with Islamabad Bar Association and as an Advocate of the High Court on 18-02-2010 and since then had been an active legal practitioner. In 2012 he appeared in FPSC exam, stood 1st, and selected as a Law Officer in Military Land & Cantonment Department, Ministry of Defence, Rawalpindi. In 2015 he also secured 1st position in all over Sindh in Judicial Exam conducted by the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi and became judge of the trial court. He has an immense experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this court as Research Officer. He is also pioneer and founder member of the Legal Research Cell of Sindh High Court.
