He has LLM degree and did his Law from S.M Law College, University of Karachi in 2007. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court. He secured 4th position in SPSC exams and Joined Law Department and remain posted as Special Prosecutor of ATC courts till he became Judge of the trial court. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate, Special Prosecutor and judge of the trial court. He was also pioneer member of SCRC (Supreme Court Research Center) established in 2019 at Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad and remain posted there for one year as Research Officer. Presently he is posted in Legal Research Cell as Research Officer.

He was born on 07.01.1984 at village Abdul Haque Khoso Talka Miro Khan District Kamber Shahdadkot. He got his early primary education from Government Boys Primary School Abdul Haque Khan Khoso talka Miro khan District Shahdadkot. He passed his matriculation examination from Government Single section High School Shahdadakot in A-1 Grade in the year 1999. He also passed intermediate from Government Boys degree college Shahdadakot in the year 2001. He got his graduation degree in B.A (English) in first class from Sindh University Jamshoro in 2004, thereafter got his LL.B degree from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Law college Larkana in 2006. He was enrolled as an advocate lower courts on 17.06.2008. law. He was also enrolled as advocate High Court 06.11.2011. He practiced in the field of Criminal law, Civil law, service law and constitution and started practicing at Karachi He also remained at the penal of Pakistan Railway and Evacuee Trust and property Board. He was appointed as civil Judge & judicial magistrate in the year 2015. He is presently working as research officer in Legal Research cell.

Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Mirs' awarded Asghar Ali Mahar a law degree in 2010. Currently employed as a Research Officer in the Sindh High Court. He received several trainings, including research training, at the Federal Judicial Academy in Islamabad, where he worked as a member of the 1st research cycle-I for six months. He is the author of various research articles that have appeared in prestigious international journals and conference proceedings.

He has done his B.Com from the University of Karachi in the year 2002. LLB from the University of Karachi in the year 2008. LLM from the University of Karachi in the year 2018. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and the High Court of Sindh at Karachi. He has vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal, and family cases as an advocate. In the year 2015, appointed as Civil Judge & judicial magistrate and, after almost three years of service, was assigned new responsibility as the first presiding officer of the newly established Consumer Protection Court, Jamshoro. During more than two years tenure as a presiding officer of Consumer Protection Court, Hon'ble High Court of Sindh has nominated him for joining the team of Research Cycle-II with 9 Judicial Officers from all over Pakistan and three judges from the Department of Judicial Administration, the Republic of Maldives, at Federal Judicial Academy Islamabad for the eight months, from 02.02.2020 to 26.09.2020. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this Court as Research Officer.

He has done his M.A(Hons)English Literature from University of Sindh Jamshoro. LLB from Shaheed Benazir Bhutto law college Larkana. LLM from Ms Elsa Kazi Campus of University of Sindh Jamshoro with 3.95 out of 4.00 CGPA. He practiced as an advocate of District Courts and High Court Larkana and then Hyderabad. He has a vast experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases as an advocate. He was appointed as civil Judge & judicial magistrate in the year 2014 and got first posting at Nawabshah. After 4 years he was assigned new responsibility as a first presiding officer of newly established Consumer Protection Court Kamber Shadadkot @ Kamber. During about 3 years tenure as a presiding officer of Comsumer Protection Court Kamber Shadadkot @ Kamber, he was also nominated by Hon'ble High Court of Sindh for joining the team of Research Cycle-II with 9 Judicial Officers from all over Pakistan and three judges from Department of Judicial Administration, Republic of Maldives, at Federal Judicial academy Islamabad for the 8 months, since 02.02.2020 to 26.09.2020. Mr. Imtiaz Ali Shah

He graduated in law in 2014 from S.M Law College, University of Karachi. He appeared in the Law GAT-II exam held in May 2015 and secured the highest marks among all the candidates who appeared in the test from all over Pakistan. He obtained the second position in the examination of LL.M conducted by the University of Karachi in 2016. He has also done a Master of Arts in Muslim History (First Class). He passed the Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate exam in 2016 and secured 5th position out of 149 qualified judges. Throughout the three months Pre-Service Training & Evaluation Program (Batch-62) at Sindh Judicial Academy, he secured Grade-A. During his service tenure, he has been rewarded with 13 certificates and two awards of appreciation by the Honourable District and Sessions Judges. He has also disposed of thousands of cases. He has been studying in the LL.D (Legum Doctor) at the University of Karachi since 2020. Presently, he works as Research Officer BPS-18 in the 'Legal Research Cell' of the High Court of Sindh Karachi.

He did his B.A from Sindh University (Badin Campus) and LLB from Sindh Law College Hyderabad in 1994. He enrolled as an advocate for subordinate Courts with Sindh Bar Council; since then had been an active legal practitioner in district courts Mirpur-khas and Badin. In 2001 became judge of the trial court. He has an immense experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases. He was posted at Sindh Judicial Academy since 2018 and worked in research side. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this court as Research facilitator.

He did his Law from Government Sindh Law College Hyderabad in 1993. He enrolled as an advocate for subordinate Courts with Sindh Bar Council in 1994 and enrolled as an advocate of High Court in 1998. After enrolment as an advocate he started his practice at district courts of Karachi. In 2001 he was selected as judge of the trial court. He has an immense experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases. After becoming of Judge of trail court he remains posted at different stations. He was posted at Sindh Judicial Academy since 2019 and worked in research side. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this court as Research facilitator.

Mr. Mir Muhammad Din Ahmad Alavi

He did Master's (M.A) in Urdu, then did LLB from SALU Khairpur Mirs in 1994 and started practice at Shikarpur Bar. He qualified the competitive examination for the post of Civil Judge in 1996. He severed in many districts of Sindh, in April 2019 he is reported to High Court and then in July-2019 he was posted in LRC as a Research facilitator.

He has a Master degree in Law and did LL.B (Hons) from International Islamic University, Islamabad in 2007; was enrolled as an advocate for subordinate Courts with Islamabad Bar Association and as an Advocate of the High Court on 18-02-2010 and since then had been an active legal practitioner. In 2012 he appeared in FPSC exam, stood 1st, and selected as a Law Officer in Military Land & Cantonment Department, Ministry of Defence, Rawalpindi. In 2015 he also secured 1st position in all over Sindh in Judicial Exam conducted by the Hon’ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi and became judge of the trial court. He has an immense experience in dealing with civil, criminal and family cases. Presently he is posted in the Legal Research Cell of this court as Research Officer. He is also pioneer and founder member of the Legal Research Cell of Sindh High Court.
